We have intentionally kept participation requirements simple. Our goal is to earn a place in your school's workflow — not create additional work for your team.

Upload photos, run coverage analyses, and build your school's Memories archive through the platform.

Participate in brief feedback sessions
Brief structured check-ins at start of semester, mid-year, and year-end to share what is and is not working.

Join a year-end review discussion
A 30-minute conversation to reflect on the year, discuss outcomes, and inform the next cohort's experience.

Provide a testimonial if value is delivered
Written, video, or case study — shared with your permission only, in formats of your choosing.
